Returns & Refunds
We always hope you will be truly ecstatic with your purchases from The Celtic Path. We have a 7 Day Refund Policy from delivery that allows an exchange/refund.

We cannot accept returns on Cosmetics and Earrings for hygiene reasons. Nor can we accept returns on Bespoke/Made to Order/Special/Personalised items. We offer a full Refund/Returns Service for all other items. Your refund will be authorised within 30 days. If you return an item that is not faulty or sent in error then when we issue your refund it will not include any outward shipping charges.

Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail or telephone +44 (0)191 257 6000 and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request you will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable.

We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. Once the item(s) is returned in its original condition we will issue you with a refund in the same method of payment which was used to purchase. In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will also be paid.
