Payment Methods
Customers can pay for goods either online by credit card using PayPal's secure site or by printing the order form and mailing together with a cheque payable to The Celtic Path. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 days in the UK and 5-8 days overseas. If a customer wishes to check availability before ordering please telephone 0191 2576000 or e-mail ann@thecelticpath.co.uk
We will endeavour to meet all our customer’s requirements.
Postage and packing
Postage is free on many items delivered to a valid UK address and is shown on the product page.
Our guarantee
We guarantee to the customer our goods to be in good order. Each piece of glassware is checked twice during production. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone and state whether a replacement, credit or refund is required.
Please do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.
Cancellation rights
The customer has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation must be within 7 working days from receipt of the goods starting from the day after the goods are received.
The goods must be intact and re-saleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage, will be made within 30 days via PayPal or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used.

Our aim is to effectively resolve any customer complaint.
